Good grief, how many stories on this ridiculous group of misguided ignorant hateful Americans do you have to air?

And be sure and leave out that the 'movement' is full of racist assholes who don't understand the constitution they love to cite.

Showing Alan Keyes proves they aren't racist! We get it already. How about letting your viewers know how many other African Americans are tea party members?

Crickets.

Yep CNN is proving just how librul they are.

1. Can we not over-analyze this sort of thing?

The Tea Party movement, nutty as it is, is a major political story, inasmuch as they're taking over one of the two major political parties. They're having a conference on a weekend when news is otherwise light, and they're guaranteed to say something outrageous, which is good for ratings. The cable networks have to fill the time with something.

3. maybe they can 'fill the time' with the coverage of 2 occupations
and soldiers/civilians being blown to bits. I mean, they are supposed to be bringing people actual news.

5. And how do you explain CNN ignoring anti-war marches while Bush was in office?
This doesn't have a damn thing to do with slow news weekend. Those marches were on weekends too. And funny, the fact that they were on weekends was an excuse from MSM to not cover them.
