Is Penn State being investigated for Fraud?

Cheese and Rice on a cracker, this shit won't stop. I am snowed in, and am drawn to this like a moth to a flame.

Two sources. BBC and FoxNews. Its not an opinion. Its a fact. The IPCC chief said he was, and I quote " aware of the mis- information and hasn't been able to address it yet.". His quote, not mine. And the Congressional Grant Comittee is investigating Penn State and is recommending funding be pulled. Good night. After your 9-11 remark, I do not consider ANY of your remarks to be valid.
