Midnight Maryland snow pics
We just finished another round of shoveling, trying to mitigate how much we'll have to do tomorrow.

It's hard to get a photo because the snowflakes nearest the camera lens look like huge blobs!

Here's the clown shoveling in shortz and crocs. (Don't ask me why! He's nutz.)

The border collie ready to go inside, before and after a shake.

The German shepherd looking demonic...

6. Wait a minute - This is the clown who had a heart attack right?
And he's out shoveling snow.
In shorts.
And crocs.

All he needs is a cigarette.

Smack him please!
We love Stink, and we don't need him in the back of something with flashing lights on it.

Dumb-ass!

7. OMG I love the dogs! DC Snow Dogs!
I lived in DC for many years and suffered through the '96 and '83 storms. In '96 I had to dig a path to a tree 2 ft. from the patio so my poor dogs would have somewhere to go pee.

I'm sure every shelf in Giant and Safeway is wiped clean tonight. I called my ex mother-in-law in NW DC this afternoon to make sure she was okay and had been to the store and she was telling me the Safeway lot was full to overflowing last night.

This is one of those times that make me SO glad I moved to Seattle where today was partly sunny and 57 degrees -- we're having one of the mildest winters on record.

Hang in there DC-ers! Spring and the cherry blossoms will come. And then the humidity....

was wearing his bathrobe! So be thankful for the shorts!

21. Please, no more. My pool is still screwed up from all the rain
that we've had already this year. The service can't seem to get the chemicals balanced properly.

14. at first glance it looks, for all the world, like
He is out there in bathrobe and slippers, but the hat is cool. ;-) Love the dogs, by the way. But, then, this is a normal snow fall for us.
Can you translate just what Stinky is saying in that first picture?

22. And Fairbanks has the 2nd LEAST snow in recorded history.
Send some up, ok? We'll take FedEx, UPS and US Mail delivery, priority please!

Hope you just get the GOOD of winter weather, without the freezing pipes, etc. Let those pups enjoy! Our cats usually love the first snowfall, then get really pissed when there's more.........

23. thanks for the photos!
one of the few advantages of living in an apartment is that the management hires people to shovel the sidewalks (i still have to shovel my car out, tho'). But i'd gladly trade it all for a house with dogs. To all the people out there shoveling outside their homes ... you're the lucky ones to be able to afford it!

:hi:

29. Please stop shoveling!!
It's only bad for you if you over-exert... so doing it in stages is good. Shoveling in that outfit should be outlawed!! YIKES!! I do dig the chapeau though!!
Let's review:
Shoveling........okay in moderation
Chapeau..........cute
Crocs............???? (ie what were you thinking?)
Bath Robe........silk=good, terry cloth= retains too much precipitation
Combination of above .....priceless of course!!
Only Stinky could come up w/ this combo.

30. I shoveled for a total of 3 1/2 hours today
and still only got one side of the driveway. At least I can get a car out.

Oh, and I'm in Central IN. (9 inches, blowing across a very flat field x( )
