I've ignored all those invites to farmville and mafia wars on facebook,but 75 million people haven't. Ran across this doing the google.

Oh, of course, there's no real value to any of this nonsense. The rewards are meaningless. The crops are meaningless. The entire experience is meaningless, but very extremely psychologically addictive. It's brain candy.

They made it for kids, you say.

Yeah, right... That's why there are options to plug in your CREDIT CARD and ADD POINTS to your game in exchange for HARD CURRENCY. Oh, you can BUY the biggest, baddest plantation in FarmVille, certainly... There's no ceiling, You can pump as much money as you want into this hole, it'll never fill up.

Take it all with a grain of salt. Most of the time it's just rumors.

The Automation Lab is a search box in FarmVille and users think that the one’s listed there are cheating at the game. Naturally, the users began to remove their friends who were cheating and guess what happened?!? When clicking the “All Friends” list, everybody is gone. Whoosh! Simply gone!

This search function is a hoax because anybody can show up there. You can simply type your name and you’ll be there. Also the search results will also display user profiles which contain the words “automation,” “lab,” or “labs.” Before doing anything that you’ll regret later go to this page on FaceBook and read what others have to say about Automation Labs.
