Math Frame: A 9-11 In The U.S. Every 24 Days... Let The Republicans Defend THAT !!!
Edited on Mon Feb-08-10 08:44 PM by WillyT
45,000 people without Health Insurance die each year according to a Harvard Study.

Link: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2009/09/17/eveningnews/main5318652.shtml

So if around 3,000 people died on September 11th, 2001...

That's 15 September 11ths every year, or a 9-11 every 24 1/3 days!

A little over 123 people... PER DAY!!!

And yet... in response to 9-11 we've spent...

And according to these counters, we are rapidly closing in on spending our first TRILLION dollars on those wars, while being told that Health Care Reform is too costly.

Let the fucking Republicans, AND the conservative Democrats defend THAT!!!

4. I told a freeper type the other day that we've had over a hundred 9-11s since
the Twin Towers fell. He look confused, so I mentioned the number of people who have died because they had no health care insurance. He just blew it off saying they chose their fate by refusing to buy insurance. Debating a fence post is fruitless.

6. Puts it right into perspective, WillyT!
Pretty much makes the insurance cartel terrorists.

And the GOP and, sadly some Dems, have been "palling around with Terrorists".

14. But if the republicans could do math our economy wouldn't be in such sad shape.
Because the Republicans are bat shit crazy. They'll just say, out of those 45,000 people that die without health insurance. 44,000 are illegal aliens and the other 1,000 are terrorists or worse, Liberals!

16. I've been saying this for months (along with others), but I've never had a great visual aid like
this. Thanks!

The Reich Wingers don't give a shit if anyone dies, unless it's fetuses or victims of "Muslin extremism."
