Levi Johnston 'Playgirl' cover edition released...finally (Photos)

Levi Johnston's bares all on the cover of the newly released Playgirl. The 19 year old father is totally nude. A strategic position and placement of his arm, however, prevent the father of Sarah Palin's grandson from being totally exposed.

Johnston announced in November 2009 that he'd be posing for Playgirl. At the time, the former boyfriend of Bristol Palin, appeared on the fence about full nudity. According to Playgirl, at the last minute, Johnston insisted on a contractual clause that wouldn't require full-frontal nudity. Johnston later said objects, such as a hockey stick, were used to creatively cover him. In teaser photos, released shortly after the shoot, Johnston was shown showering but only from the chest up.

Levi Johnston became a household name after it was learned he was the father of then-Alaska Governor Sarah Palin's unborn grandson. Johnston then traveled the campaign trail with the Palin family during the 2008 Presidential race in which Sarah Palin was running as the Republican Vice Presidential candidate. Sarah Palin announced her daughter and Johnston would marry. But Levi and Bristol Palin called off wedding plans after breaking up in March 2009.

Since then, Johnston has publically fought with the Palin family over custody of his son, Tripp, speculated on why the grandmother of his baby prematurely left office, and posed for Playgirl.
