What Exactly Is This New Game Plan?

Apparently, the new game plan of Obama and the Dems is to bring up "stuff" and put the Repukes in an embarrassing light by them having to explain why they oppose the "stuff". Ummmm, that's what they have been doing all along and it doesn't seem to bother them and it makes them super popular with their base. The bottom line is that it just adds up to feet dragging, delay and do nothingness. We need to face 2010 with a mit full of accomplishments NOT just whine that the big bullies wouldn't come out and play with us! Why not use the method of lowering the "fillibuster" number by the VP declaring the present one invalid and resetting it at 51 passes legislation? Why are we so damn afraid of passing anything? Americans don't even know what the hell the word "bipartisan" means...nor do they care.
