Having been squashed on a plane sitting next to a fat man who smelled bad, my sympathy lies with the airline and the smushed neighbor.

and he got a call from a Customer Service VP, because he's famous. Someone will probably lose his or her job over this. If it happened to an average person, nothing would have been done. Too bad.
