Of course, it was done by one of his own guys, though.

5. Exactly.
Wallace got shot when he began to turn away from his racist segregationist crap, by one of his own. Probably called him a "race traitor" when he shot him too.

14. Rockwell was shot outside of a laundromat. His last words were
reported to be, "I forgot my bleach."

I remembered tis all these years because I thought it was hilarious.

20. He was a "leading light" of the American Nazi Party, which he made more
"popular" by gaining national publicity.

3. George Lincoln Rockwell, founder of the American Nazi Party..
of course the person convicted of the crime was a former party member, I'm sure there are more, but it does seem to be a tool of the right, at least in this country

6. Yeah, but the attempt on Reagan was "in house".
Just like Hitler and Bin Laden - John Hinkley was one of those convenient friends of the Bush Crime Family.

10. I worry all the time about the parallels between our country today and Weimar Germany
The right is using exactly the same tactics and, from my perspective, it's working just as it did, there.

24. Ha ha -- Right wingers assassinated 356 liberals! Don't look here for links!

And whatever you do, don't make associations between September 11, 1973 or Pinochet and September 11, 2001 or Gen Hayden/Gen Myers. That would be just wrong.

And whatever you do, don't leave the U.S. Stay and fight!

Especially when the April 4 Capitol Dome attack comes!

13. Speaks more of the fanaticism of the right-wing, if anything.
They're the ones that get to a point where all hope is lost, yet instead of diplomacy, they go "wild West".

Still trying to think of a right winger who was not targeted by another right winger.

"Jesus - murdered, JFK - murdered, RFK - murdered, Ghandi - murdered, Martin Luther King - murdered, Lennon - murdered. Reagan - wounded."
