I had thought that nothing could demean the Vice-Presidency more than Cheney's conduct in office.

I was wrong. It has been his snarling, dishonest, and vituperative behavior AFTER leaving office (with one of the lowest approval ratings in history) that has left an indelible stain on the executive branch.
(And yes, Dick, you stupid fucking excuse for a man, you WERE a part of the Executive branch, even when you claimed otherwise.)
