I'm waiting for the right-wing crusade against GLUTTONY

Since these asshats are so preoccupied with homosexuality, I'm sure they wouldn't want to ignore any of the other sins and abominations listed in the Bible. This includes such horrible sins as gluttony, pride, lust, eating the wrong kind of meat, wearing the wrong kind of clothes, etc. I'm still waiting to see a right-wing crusade against these other abominations.

Of course, they'd have to pull their asses away from the buffet table at the Golden Corral first. And judging from a lot of these holier-than-thou types, I'm guessing that a lot of them haven't missed very many meals.

2. Have you ever tried eating at Golden Corral (or any buffet restaurant) on a Sunday afternoon?

If you want to see a pissed off church congregation, let the Sunday morning sermon drag on 15 minutes longer than normal.

It's not one of the Seven Deadly, or the Ten Commandments, and Jesus didn't have word one to say about it.

6. When I was in my 20s I went to a Pentecostal holiness church

where you were supposed to avoid all worldly temptations, so that pretty much eliminated nearly everything. But oh how they loved to eat and nearly everything they did outside of the actual church service revolved around eating.

They also did not have or watch tvs and they felt very self-righteous about it, but then a lot of people here act the same way.

Well, I suppose he could have spoken out against treating your body as a garbage disposal instead of a temple, but that's a little too much for anyone to believe - even the most gullible among the sheep.
