Breaking: New Spam Filter on Congressional Email Server Cripples Progressive Movement.
Breaking: New Spam Filter on Congressional Inbox Cripples Progressive Movement.

(Washington DC: Feb 24, 2010)

Dealt a huge blow today from the makers of the new Fukitol Spam Filter, Progressive message boards and MoveOn were forced to close their "virtual" doors after the new spamfilter was installed on the email servers of Congress and the White House.

When reached for comment, Senator Harry Reid's office responded by saying "Are those the ads about the penis pills? We delete all of those anyway." Speaker of the House Pelosi's office responded by saying that the..." Speaker is excited to be getting her computer installed as soon as they find an internets." Email solicitations for response to the White House came back as a "flagged by user", so we assume that they have installed the new software already.

When the offices of MoveOn dot org were called, the operator said that his feet were too tingly from having just stood up and walked across the room for him to think about a comment at this time.

Mock me, but how do you know that any of the messages even get through.
