I got 28 right missed the two amendment questions.

Most high school graduates failed this exam and only fifty percent over fifty passed.

Didn't know who was born in Texas.
Got the "give me liberty" question wrong.

Several of the questions would have gotten arguments from Zinn, including that one.

5. 20! I blew every amendment question, typo'd on how long a rep's term is,
thought only 1 president had been impeached, thought only 2 had been assassinated, and said there were 50 stripes on the flag! Oops.

I learned from my incorrect answers, though, so I'm glad I took it, even with the abysmal score. Thanks! :hi:

And made a stupid mistake on who was Washington's VP...one of those things where you smack yourself in the forehead when you realize you punched the wrong button!

Still, I passed the test.

I'd think most everyone should be able to answer most of them.

How many Senators are there, and I answered 50, lol. :rofl:

I also missed the year an amendment was last ratified, the full term for a representative (I must be having a dumb day today), and one other question, can't recall.

On edit, the number of amendments I got wrong, as well.

21. 28. I missed the one about the Amendment that sets the voting age
and I made the (incorrect) presumption that the Amendment establishing Prohibition was not "current" due to its repeal.

30. That's the mistake I made too.
But as it turns out, the 21st Amendment, while repealing Prohibition generally, also made it illegal to import alcohol into a state where it remains illegal, just as the quiz described.
