He is not running again. Reid needs to make it plain that using other measures than voice bote will delay for days and can still be held up by other Senators.

1. I'm surprised his buddies

in the Senate haven't hauled him off the floor to try to stem the damage he's causing to the puke 2010 campaigns. If Bill Frist was still around I'd expect Bunning would have taken ill quite some time ago.
