I hope Goodwin Liu is on short list for next SCOTUS nominee

Rethugs have gone ape shit since President Obama nominated Liu for a lower court on Feb. 24...And when a judicial nominee pisses off the right (see a recent Washington Times editorial that Media Matters tore them apart on), the better he or she would be for the Supreme Court..

Plus he isn't even 40 yet...No doubt some critics will say he is too young, but Clarence Thomas was 43 when he was nominated by Bush 41..

3. My guess is....

the next Obama nominee will be a moderate woman. Obama won't nominate anyone that will anger the Republicans too much since they now have 41 Senators. Liu would probably not be liked by the GOP because he spoke out against Alito.
