More CNN Distortions
Edited on Sat Mar-06-10 04:57 PM by Motown_Johnny
I just watched part of a segment on CNN (missed the beginning) where they reported that younger voters are abandoning President Obama.

Every interview was with someone who was not happy with his performance in office.

Strange that Gallup has his job approval among the 18-29 age group at 66%. Disproportionately higher than other Presidential approval ratings, based on age, than other recent Presidents.

^snip^

PRINCETON, NJ -- Barack Obama's job approval rating averages 66% among young adults during his presidency, 15 percentage points higher than for senior citizens and at least nine points higher than for any other age group. During their presidencies, George W. Bush's and Bill Clinton's approval ratings showed much less variation by age

Honestly, how transparent do these lies need to be to not be aired?

3. If someone over there would just watch Dr. Maddow's show
they wouldn't be such an embarassment

2. Send them the poll.
We need to keep hitting/calling them with what we believe to be the truth and maybe they'll pay more attention. I think CNN is getting awful about fact-finding. They also don't call people on their comments and let the lies continue and/or grow.

They are enablers.

7. I saw the beginning of it, turned it off and thought ~ another example of why CNN's ratings suck &
why I don't watch them ~.

I had the same experience the day of the HC summit when MSNBC had to go to the Olympic coverage after 4 hours. I turned to CNN. They were absolutely horrible that day. You just go - no wonder your ratings suck, click.

8. Question
If CNN distorts in a forest and there is no one there to hear...does it matter? No. Stay out of the forest. :)

9. None of this will change until WE change.
They are there to please their sponsers....the ones that run commercials.
And so you can chastise them all you want and it will make no diference....But when we wise up and start attacking the sponsors of this they will keep on doing what the sponsors want them to do.
If you could get a few thousand people to tell Burger King that you will no longer eat their food as long as they sponsor this kind of propaganda you would see change I assure you....especialy if advertising brought about a reduction in sales.
