Flattened an anti- income taxer tonight...
Say income tax is illegal the Constitutions doesn't provide for it.Hum what about the 16th amendment, it was ratified by a majority of the states in 1913. I tell him okay then if you don't pay you not entitled to the benefits of living here or willing to promote the common welfare or provide for the common defense. You should just leave, since your neighbors are paying their share and yours. I could see he was just ready to lay out the Libertarian BS. I said it was interesting since even George Washington got on his horse and put down the Whiskey Rebellion which was all about collecting a tax on whiskey in 1791 to pay off Revolutionary War debts. If Income Tax is illegal and not in the constitution prove it. His tiny little head imploded. I could have done more damage but a friend warned him off. His point was the founding fathers didn't come up with income tax. wit against twit....these morans don't know what a Socialist State is.

1. Anyone Who Claims Income Tax Isn't In The Constitution.........
............has never read it. It's there, plain as day. Or maybe I'm misinterpreting the "ambiguous, confusing" language specifically granting Congress the power to "lay and collect taxes."

I love it............absolutely LOVE it.........when people who have no idea what's in the Constitution try to tell me what it says. Kinda like people who quote scripture who have never read the Bible. They're so easy to smack down. All they're able to do is parrott back something somebody else told them that they never bothered to independently verify.
