Chuckles Todd is a poseur...among other things....

Ya know, even Sarah Palin actually graduated from the last of the four or five colleges which she attended, but not Chuck...went to GWU for 4 years but did not graduate sez Wiki.

Now of course I know that graduating from college neither makes you smart, nor neccesarily bright, and I know that NOT graduating is no measure either....some of the most brilliant people with whom I grew up were High School Dropouts who were forced to go to work during the Depression or due to family illness/breakup.

But you have to wonder why someone would attend during four calendar years and then not graduate, and then act so 'credentialled' and so certain of his statements. Interesting IMO.

Do you all remember the episode with Chuckie and I think Jeremy Scahill on Bill Maher?

Scahill made Chuckie look foolish and then Chuckie admonished him after the show for making him look bad. I think Jeremy wrote it up at huffpost a while back?

Chuck - maybe if you weren't such a corporate propaganda tool guys like Scahill wouldn't call you on it now and then?

from Todd's show, I called him Chuck Toad totally by slip of tongue. Wasn't intentional at all. My husband burst out laughing and told me it was probably a good nickname for him and has been calling him that ever since.

The M$M will pen the farce, and Chuck Toad will read whatever script they put in front of him.

Well done, Chuck Toad.

He might have been able to get away with looking semi-competent as a guest, but as a host his flaws really come through. If he's not the center of attention he becomes visibly uncomfortable. He tries to come across as chipper when that's not his personality. He's terrible and he adds absolutely nothing to anyone's knowledge level. It's an awful show, just a bare notch above Morning Joe.
