Yes... Our nation's heroes, who are so brave they'll face any danger with a smirk and a tough remark... need to be Congressionally protected from another dude looking at their weenie in the shower.

BTW, some of us can laugh hysterically on the inside while not displaying so much as a twitch on the outside. This is one of the seldom-mentioned benefits of having spent time in the closet.
