I've come back.

I was away. From DU, Huffingtonpost, TMP, Kos, the Nightly News everything. Not just posting, but not reading. Around the time of Sctt brown's election I just became despondent over how badly the Dems and Obama were using there power to help us.
I truly felt that this country was falling into a downward spiral it would not get out of in my life time.
I was also depressed at how the people of this country were not turning on the Republicans, who came close to destroying us, like the Italians turned on Mussolini.
I just could not bare any policy or political discourse without my stomach getting in knots.
Last night made me feel a bit better. Yes the HCR Bill is flawed and a fraction of what we really need. But I can only hope that it will be improved on and the principle of Universal Health Care will become the accepted course for America.
I am at least encouraged enough to return to this forum.
