I forgot what a tool Joe Scarboro is

I haven't watched Morning Joe for several months, and this morning I was reminded why. I was channel-hopping as I was post-migraine and getting ready for work. He and that creep Guiliani were bitching and moaning , all the while Mika just sat there with that deer-in-the-headlights look of hers, not calling them out on ANYTHING. What good is she? She's supposed to be the balance? Ha! She acts more like an abused spouse than a co-host. Pathetic. If she had any guts at all, she would have been calling both of them out about why on earth the Republicans DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about health care reform all those long, long years they controlled both houses of Congress and the Presidency. Oh, except for that prescription drug debacle.

I can't believe my migraine didn't return...

I kept waiting for someone to say, "But didn't you have a chance in the last eight years?" But nobody said anything. It was so obvious... crickets....

talked over. He mocked and laughed at Joe's histrionics...it was a wonderful sight to see...before him Donny Deutch challenged Joe vigorously, really argued with him and took apart his arguments, another beautiful sight to see. I knew that Giuliani was coming up next so I switched to GMA...Gene Robinson was also good in his genial, quiet way (his calm demeanor makes Joe look even more out of control).

I kept thinking: this landmark legislation really has Joe beside himself. I've never seen him so flummoxed.

but I did catch bits and pieces of O'Donnell. I love that guy. The Republicans really must be panicking because I've never seen Scarboro that riled up about anything. I caught him blathering as I was leaving something about "Sometimes when you win you lose and when you lose you win." Yeah, keep telling yourself that, Joe.
