Taitz Challenges Constitutionality Of Health Reform: It Blocks My Right To Practice Dentistry

Joining a distinguished group of state attorneys general in challenging the constitutionality of the health reform legislation, now comes Orly Taitz, who in a new federal court filing argues that the bill violates her "right" to practice dentistry.

Along with her lawyerly pursuits, Taitz operates a dental office in Rancho Santa Margarita, California.

The challenge comes in the form of an amended complaint in a Birther case in district court in Washington, Taitz v. Obama, that challenges the president's citizenship.

Along with raising the specter of death panels and charging that Obama, as an illegitimate president, does not have the right to sign the health bill into law, Taitz writes in the new section of the complaint, titled, "VIOLATION OF COMMERCE CLAUSE AND OF PLAINTIFF'S RIGHTS TO GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT AS A DOCTOR OF DENTAL SURGERY UPON DEFENDANT'S IMMINENT SIGHNING OF THE HEALTH BILL":

"Health bill, as being prepared and reconciled, will create an enormous machine of governmental burocracy which will intrude into Plaintiff's practice, will affect her doctor-patient relations, will undermine her Hippocratic oath, will force her to ration medical care and de-facto deny medical care to elderly, whom some committees of burocrats will deem to be too old to receive such care, meaning too old to live." Health care regulations keep our health care system safe. Keep our doctors, nurses, dentists and all HC practitioners certified.

Certification requires capable people, or they wouldn't be certified. Duh.

Taitz seems to imply that their was never any government oversight before yesterday.

She's certifiable.

Seriously, her birther rants posing as legal documents were comedy gold, and the judge's replies to them were hilarious.

She's actually saying that "death panels" are going to prevent her from treating the elderly! If she can point out what passage in HCR allows committees of bureaucrats to decide that some people are "too old to live," I'll let her operate on my teeth.

And what makes her think she has the "right" to be employed as a dental surgeon? Does every unemployed trained accountant or electrician or actor have the right to gainful employment in their field? I think not.

So is the fact that this sentence doesn't actually make any sense, even though I know what she's trying to say.

Seriously, those schools should have their accreditation pulled.

The California Bar is the only one that recognizes the accreditation from Taft Law School. Which, if they ever wanted to know why maybe they shouldn't recognize Taft's accreditaion, they should just read anything Orly has ever filed in court.

She's not operating with a full deck. Are we sure her dentist/attorney licenses are legitimate?

She'd have the time to practice dentistry.

Of course, I can't believe anyone lets her anywhere near their mouth after she's publicly declared herself batshit insane.

The Judge will throw it out, send another form to the State Of California and finally get her disbarred for good. One can only hope.
