And any bullshit about everything being secret is just that. bullshit

Lies aren't national security. There's nothing secret about lies.

And he didn't have to stay anything specific. He could have just said "all this is a lie. don't believe a thing the admin is saying"

If he didn't have the balls to do that, he deserves every bit of slamming he gets.

He should give over every cent of his campaign money and his salary to the families of the people killed by these lies he allowed to stand.

10. My concern is that Durbin has no knowledge of the history in the Middle East

and made that plainly obvious with the statement that the Sunnis and Shi'ites have been at war for around 1300 years.

That is an embarassingly egregious error for a statesman to make. It is wrong on so many levels and show his inability to simply read a book on the area we have invaded.

That being said, the rest in the Congress are probably as ill-informed. He just had the misfortune of opening his mouth and showing his untimely ignorance.
