wow, I've tried to stay out of the Facebook mess....

but the stupid is growing exponentially by the minute!

The latest is "someone official" claiming "Obama and staffers exempted themselves from Obamacare."

The BS is flying so fast and furious these days I can't even go to Snopes to find proof of lies.

10. I'm glad my friends have a sense of humor
Very lucky to have very little overt politics from friends and family on FB. To be honest, the comments from my conservative friends over the recent tea antics have left me howling (they're obviously not tea types).

When the occasional serious political comment slips through, I hide it without reading. DU and other places are for politics. FB is for enjoying my relationships with people.

11. I've unfriended about 15 people this week.
It's just not worth it to try and reason with 'em - and they're counting on you putting up with their bullshit because you're on the friends list.

12. Got a good one for ya ...
My cousin's wife posted that she just discovered another "government takeover" when her Energy Star washer won't allow her to fill her washing machine as full as she wants. I wanted so bad to tell her to go outside a grab a fucking hose if it bothered her so much.
