When the US entered Iraq and started bombing, I immediately rammed my car into...
...any car with a Bush-Chenney sticker.

How about you?

3. I threw bricks through Republican Headquarters windows.
Edited on Sat Mar-27-10 07:38 PM by liberalmuse
I slashed tires on cars that had a 'Bush/Cheney' sticker (which I also defaced). And then I gunned down a pro-lifer in cold blood in his own church. Oh wait, that's not right... MY fucking tires were slashed because of my 'Kerry' sticker. You know the rest. I do have to concur that there was an incident in SLC where someone through a brick through the window of a recruiting station shortly after the start of 'shock and awe' (not me!). For the most part, we liberals are disgustingly civil. If it weren't for the anarchists showing up at our protests, we'd have nothing to scare the wingnuts with.

4. I hung my head down and nearly wept.
I told my kids that our nation was making a giant mistake. All these years later and we're still there. My gawd.

5. Me too.
Only I cried my eyes out for days and stopped celebrating Christmas after that (well, I am an atheist, but I still hung lights out and did the tree thing which is pagan, anyway). 'Shock and Awe'. My god, this is what we're dealing with.

6. Turns out that most of Congress agrees with you about it being a giant mistake..
Of course it took them seven years, uncounted deaths and a trillion dollars to come to that conclusion.

That's why they are in charge and we are but peons, they are so much smarter than we are.

http://www.cato-at-liberty.org/2010/03/18/gop-congressmen-most-republicans-now-think-iraq-war-was-a-mistake/

In a Thursday panel at Cato on conservatism and war, U.S. Reps. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Calif.) Tom McClintock (R-Calif.) and John Duncan (R-Tenn.) revealed that the vast majority of GOP members of Congress now think it was wrong for the U.S. to invade Iraq in 2003.

7. I was at the Federal Building in West LA and I was in disbelief that the US was doing this.
To this day, I cannot believe it really happened ~~ and when I look at why, the feelings are even worse.

However, I did NOT got out and destroy people or property...like TeaKlanners have been doing.
