Joe Biden has perfect NCAA bracket (is this true?)
Vice President Joe Biden’s NCAA basketball bracket is still flawless going into the Final Four, a feat that none of the other 5.5 million participants in this year’s online bracket competitions has even come close to achieving, sources within the White House confirmed late Wednesday to The Daily Caller.

The odds of accurately predicting the March basketball tournament are so small, statisticians tell us, that that even if everyone alive filled out a different bracket, it would be highly unlikely for one to successfully pick the right teams to make the Final Four. ... http://dailycaller.com/2010/04/01/vice-president-joe-biden-has-perfect-ncaa-bracket-up-to-final-four/

1. Perfect Final Four != perfect NCAA bracket.

Getting a perfect NCAA Bracket, period, is bordering on impossible. The odds are longer than that of winning the lottery. It's still an awesome feat to predict 2 #5 seeds in addition to West VA. Duke, having the easiest route to the FF, was a no-brainer.

5. Duke did not have the easiest route...
They had to beat Cal, which beat Louisville, then Purdue, then Baylor. According to statistician Ken Pomeroy (kenpom.com), who is well regarded by college hoops aficionados, Baylor is ranked on a variety of scores, including offensive/defensive effectiveness and other statistical indicators, as #12, Purdue as #15 and Cal as #16.

Many so-called analysts had Duke losing to Louisville and/or Cal in the 2nd round and the first number 1 seed to lose.

The remaining final four teams are ranked by Mr. Pomeroy as follows:

Duke 1
WVU 5
Butler 7
MSU 22

Jeff Sagarin, another statistician who also publishes in USA Today, has the FF4 teams ranked as follows:

Duke 1
WVU 4
Butler 8
MSU 12

He has Baylor ranked 7, Purdue at 8 and Cal at 25.

So, the myth that Duke had the easiest route to the Final Four is just that, a myth, which is easily disproven by statistics and the simple truth that Kentucky, Kansas and Syracuse are nowhere to be seen.

I know it's in vogue to hate anything Duke, but a peek at good statistics from the likes of Pomeroy and Sagarin, neither of whom is a Duke fan, is better evidence.

4. A white boy ... kickin' the President's bee-hind on the brackets ...
Man, between this and the Teabaggers, the world's gone balls-up bat-shit crazy.

I'm gonna find me a corner to crawl into and watch American Idol reruns until the Messiah comes.

Plus this paragraph gives it away I think.

(referring to the sit down with the officer and Prof. Gates)
“Oh, that makes a lot more sense,” Gates said in a somber interview with news affiliate KCBS this morning, when told of Biden’s bracket. “That whole time when we were drinking and he was talking about Butler, I thought he was referring to me.”

What I mean is that it seems something straight of The Onion.
