My father's poison pen in the Arizona Daily Star
Our Governor wants our legislature to authorize Arizona joining a dozen other states in a lawsuit against the Federal Health Care Law recently signed by the president. She seems to think that a dozen states suing haven't got a chance to win but add a thirteenth (Arizona) and victory in the Courts is inevitable. All she needs is the Legislature to authorize the money.

Thank God for intelligence in Phoenix. After six months of slashing the State Budget, this is money well spent. Otherwise, we might have to spend this scarce resource on something our Governor thinks is unnecessary - like roads, parks, schools... you know - the stuff they just eviscerated. A simple Amicus Brief would accomplish the same thing at a fraction of the cost.

There's always money for mindless litigation...

4. Hey, Suji to Seoul's dad!!
I would have loved a father like you. I can only imagine the self confidence you must have nurtured in your child(ren).

It goes without saying, your son is proud.

elections but hey, we should be grateful! We "narrowd that gap between Mccain and Obama. It isn't every day that the winning Party in a Prresidential election loses nearly every local seat but voting downticket is so unfashionable...
