Poll question: Should There be a Congressional Hearing on the Iraq/Apache Video?
Should Congress hold hearings on the recently leaked video of Apache gunman killing civilians and journalists? Should there be investigations into whether the Rules of Engagement where followed, whether the Chain of Command acted properly and the following cover-up?

Any investigation from the military will be biased and suspect. Should Congress get involved?

1. What would be the point? This was and is normal everyday military operations.

6. war is a crime
therefore the idea of a war crime insinuates there are acts of war that are not crimes.

The macro of war is the true crime, not the micro that goes on within' it.

10. Killing is what war is about
and why it should be avoided in almost all situations. All wars have the same horrible stories. We give young people guns and order them to kill the enemy and half the time they do not even know who the enemy is. Innocent people always die. I am not defending the Apache gunman. They made a terrible decision but not near as terrible as the decision made by the government officials who started this war.
