Cahill to address the Tea Party in Boston?!?!

So it looks like "pay-to-play" Tim Cahill is going to be addressing the Teahadists on the Boston Common today. For those who don't know him, he's a former Democrat who left the party so he could run against Deval Patrick without having to beat him in the primary (which he couldn't do). He's also racked up half a million dollars in legal fees defending against a suit that he rigged the state lottery's contract (not the lottery itself, just the contract for printing the tickets) in exchange for donations.

What I don't get is, while he's certainly a sleaze, he's never particularly held any conservative positions that I know of. He just thinks he could do better than Patrick.

So what is a guy who supports MassCare, and whose entire political career has been about increasing state revenue going to say to the Tealiban? Even Charlie Baker, the scumbag insurance executive who is the presumptive GOP nominee, has better sense than to appear with these yahoos.
