If Crist runs as an independent... Dems should support him....

He's more often on the our side on issues than he is on the Republicans' side. And Rubio would be a disaster.

Meeks has absolutely NO chance of winning a two-way race.... and I think Rubio has no chance of winning a three-way race.

If it is a three-way with Meeks, Crist, and Rubio.... I think either Meeks or Crist wins.... and either is much more acceptable than Rubio.

1. Crist's vetoing the horrendous SB 6 was a huge plus for him.
I hope he wins.

2. After what Crist did for the people of Florida today I plan on voting for him
no matter what party he is affiliated with.

3. Meek is just as his name describes
Meek. Lightweight. Small. No gravitas. In short, he can't win.

5. He could win in a 3-way race..... but I think Crist would likely win.

4. Crist can be to Democrats what Lieberman was to Republicans

the guy that keeps the choice of the "base" from winning.

6. Dems should support Meek but be grateful if Crist wins a three-way race since it keeps Rubio out.

7. I respetctfully disagree. Not that it's an issue-
I can't see Christ running as anything but a republican and if he did, Meek might have a slight chace of actually winning since the GOP vote would be split in two. But it's not gonna happen- Rubio unfortunately, is going to win the primary and the election. That is of course, unless some big scandal about him unfolds in time for Christ to take the lead.

10. Yup, I agree.
Dems should support him during the primaries. Christ is a
friend of President Obama.
