Greenwald is the least reliable source on the left, IMO.

If Greenwald said the sky was blue I'd rush to a window to verify.

Not much of a record with Kagan.

This means she's been being groomed for the SCOTUS her entire career. The lighter the record, the more difficult to defeat her confirmation.

I care that she had a role in the prosecution/persecution of Governor Don Siegelman whereby he was railroaded out of office, into prison, and has spent untold amounts of money to be exonerated.

15. Doesn't matter to me either, but one thing that

bothers me is what I have read about her not wanting to get involved with the Don Siegelman case in AL. He has been left out in the wind to dry even though I feel there is enough evidence there that the whole case could be overturned. Of course, they are not asking my opinion, but I feel he has gotten a dirty deal.
