My new favorite bumper sticker
Edited on Mon Apr-19-10 08:42 AM by indy legend
On my way to work this morning I saw a bumper sticker I must have.
Palin for President
2012-2013 1/2

1. You know that's too complicated for the RWers to get
It's funny, but they certainly don't click with "quitter" the way we do - it'll just confuse them.

2. I heard that one mentioned on the radio. Very funny!
But RWers would probably think that's okay.

3. she could really screw things up in that year and change
No thanks, but funny bumper sticker. Her supporters would probably think it was a sincere wish for her to be in office however. Lots of stuff flies right over their heads, don't cha know.

5. Just bought a similar one from a DUer
off of Cafe Press, put it on my car just the other night.

Palin/Bachmann
2012-2013 1/2

Right on top of my Obama sticker still there, lol. Wonder how many will get it? Haven't even driven since I put it on and am eager to see if I inspire any smiles or waves.

6. all progressives will get it, but be careful.
If any right wing-nut out there is actually smart enough to figure it out it could inspire dirty looks, obscene gestures or road rage. On second though we are talking about right wingers so I think you are safe. It'll just be our little progressive inside joke.

10. well, the side of my car with "Bush Knew" is bashed in
by a hit-and-run driver, (but I am pretty sure it was an accident, and their headlight glass was all over the road) so I do wonder if sometimes people think it was intentional. That sticker may seem outdated and I've thought of taking it off, then something happens like the Guatanamo reveal, so who knows what else we will learn...

If someone else does hit me that could be a blessing in disguise!

One sticker I saw and was so tempted to get but am afraid it will piss people off said "Slow Minds Keep Right", but then again slow minds might not even get it.

11. I live in one of the reddest states and haven't had a problem
I haven't seen any dirty looks or received any vehicle damage from having this on the truck since the twit quit. I have had a few people stop and smile when I'm around town, and had one woman pull up next to me at a light and ask where to get one.

7. What if the sticker said
Obama for President
2008-2010 1/2

How many here would be calling the Secret Service claiming it was a death threat against the president?

9. Obama hadn't made a high profile quit
I was assuming most on either side would recognize the reference. The only ones on the right that might not get it are the Rapture-Ready types, and I'm sure they would be thrilled that their girl brought on Armageddon.

8. You saw one of these? ->

Just curious, because only 8 of these (the original) have ever been sold, although there have been a few copycats.
