Ken Cuccinelli (VA AG) posted this on his facebook page as a "petition for a class action lawsuit against the health care bill."

Van Irion (for Congress) is the lawyer. Tony Shreeve is the "plaintiff" bringing the Class action lawsuit

Is this another Orly Taitz, or an RNCer posing as a bagger?
