Think about it. If a real person were charged with the crimes that Goldman is they would be in jail and unable to continue their business. Other than the law firm of Roberts, Alito, Scalia and Thomas having their backs I cannot think of a reason that their business is not halted. either they are a person or they are not. If they are a person lock it/them/him/her up and suspend their business practices. It seems pretty simple to me.

3. Jail? Uh uh
What Gold Mansacks does is economic treason.

Treason is a death penalty offense.

Now I'm not suggesting we take Lloyd BlankFIEND out and shoot him. I'll leave that sort of rhetoric to the teabaggers.

But the corporate "person" needs to DIE. Now.

4. because the SEC brought civil fraud charges not a criminal indictment
If and when Goldman execs who executed the fraud are indicted they will be taken to jail (at least until they're released on bail).

5. My issue is that the Supreme Court
established person hood for corporations in the Citizens United case. even in civil cases against individual brokers their licenses to trade are usually revoked. If the Corp is a person treat them like one!

9. You are giving out misinformation about Citizens United.
That decision did not establish 'person hood' to corporations. That was done in a decision in the 1880s. No legal authority, including the four justices who were in the minority in the CU case, would agree with you.

Best to just keep giving it money and tax breaks and not make it mad.
