7. You're right
Twitter apology = no integrity, cowardly. Joan shouldn't have let her off so easily.

16. Joan showed her professionality and her graciousness.
Joan doesn't strike me as someone who would get down in the mud with the likes of Mika...Joan is too smart and too good.

I wonder if Joan will ever come back on MJ again?

12. Yep
If you show your ass on the air, you apologize on the air. Private apologies don't atone for a public spectacle.

27. Absolutely!
She had her tantrum on the air and she needs to issue an apology on the air. End of story.

2. An apology doesn't make it okay to take a dump on someone
and it doesn't explain what her problem is. She obviously couldn't answer a simple question.

3. Joan Walsh said no media person or elected official on the left was advocating armed
resistance to Government and Mika said sure there was and she would start naming names off air.

9. Mika is totally worthless.
They might just as well have $arah on there, or Michele "Crazy Eyes" Bachmann. This is one of so many reasons why I never, ever watch this show. I have better things to do, even early in the morning.

4. Both Mika and Joe are horrid personalities. Replace them MSNBC!?!
Edited on Wed Apr-21-10 06:41 AM by ShortnFiery
The fact that Rahm likes these two Inadequate Personalities is additional proof that this show is all about "a vapid endorsement" of established political power. :puke:

26. As someone posted earlier, Mika's daddy is looking for THAT milkman.
:wow: :silly:

However, I hear that Mika's Mom is no slouch, in that, she has little respect for Joe Scarborough.

With all those IQ genes on both side of her family, it's nothing less than tragic that Mika wastes herself in fluff, longing sexy glances at Joey the Scar ... and let's not forget her shoe collection that is the envy of all Emelda Macos' wannabes.

11. You know why
they have been flooded with emails telling them they should get rid of her. And they are upset because the rhetoric they are spewing is lies. They said that if they can't get a program that tells the truth they are going to but the Scarborough show out of their programing. They had to cut off emails at one time. She blew it good. They want her to go. They think she is a Fox clone.

Is anyone reporting this? Do you have sources? What you are saying is good, but I would love to verify or at least source it.

28. Given that Morning Joe took 2nd place for cable news in his slot I don't think he's going anywhere
Edited on Wed Apr-21-10 09:43 AM by Mike Daniels
By all indications, MSNBC is more than happy with the way the show is doing ratings wise. Given that Fox News and CNN are basic cable and MSNBC tends to be a higher-subscription channel on some cable channels (according to people here) I think MSNBC is pretty content with Joe beating CNN in the mornings.

13. Mika actually mocked Joan in a whiny voice after Joan asked which
voices on the Left are extreme. Mika acted unprofessionally...Joan was a guest on her show, sitting right across from her and asked a question. She certainly didn't attack Mika but Mika went ballistic. The producer was holding his head in his hands and telling her to go to the next segment, fast...it was quite a moment...
