3. On the 'front' plaza that faces Capitol Hill, there are four small tents with windows and

equipment in them. You can kind of see stuff inside.

There is a police officer patrolling the area.

I'm accustomed to security at the station - there's been an AMTRAK security suburban outside on that plaza for a couple of years now.
