Part A - Neocons Should be called Neocons, not Republicans!
Some 40 years ago, the Neocons joined the Republican Party. They began working
from within to usurp the power from the old Republican leadership and, over the
years, succeeded in do so. In addition, they kicked out the old Republican leadership.
Those who remained had now to obey and do as they are told. The true Republican Party
no longer exists.

Today the Neocons seem to be having the craziest of the crazies for their leaders -- the
sickest of their sick liars. What really amazes me is that roughly half of the voting
population actually believes them!

I feel as though this country is actually coming to a head: eventually the NeoCons
either will win (and our nation will become a dictatorship), or they will lose, and their
party becomes extinct.

Why don't all of us non-Neocons call them by their true name -- Neocons, and not
Republicans? The Neocons are using the good name of the Republican Party in
order to fool Republicans and get their votes -- and they are succeeding! There are
tens of millions of people who vote Republican, thinking that it's still their own old
party. They haven't the slightest idea that the Neocons had kicked out the real
Republicans a long time ago!

If every one of us keeps on repeating "Neocon" instead of "Republican" every time
we write, and keep on pounding it everywhere else as well, the same way the
Neocons keep on pounding their lies, the TRUTH might have a chance of sinking into
the general public, for a change.

Yes, we can learn to use their own tactics against the NeoCons. It's so clear and
evident that this non-stop pounding and repetition method is working so well for the
Neocons' lies. Pounding and repetition do work -- even for outrageously sick lies!
They should work even better for the TRUTH!

So, let's all start doing it right now. Our numbers might be small at the beginning.
But if we keep up at it whenever we write or are talking to others, and ask our friends
to do the same, it will take time, but it will spread and succeed.

Let's give the Neocons a dose of their own medicine! -- the difference is, we're telling
the TRUTH!

Calling Neocons Republicans is actually helping them to spread their lies. That's what
they want, and that's what they're getting from us so far. We have been inadvertently
helping them to succeed in their lies! Let's stop it as of now!

I've heard that some old Republicans are trying to get their party back. Telling the
millions of unknowing Republicans that they are now voting for Neocons posing as
Republicans might give the real Republicans a boost in getting their party back!

Let the Neocons have their own party as Neocons. Without the numbers of the Republicans
added to them, they will flounder and sink into oblivion.

For those who are interested in knowing more about Neoconservatism, just google
"Neoconservatism." Also google "Irving Kristol" and "Norman Pudhoretz," These are
prominent names among the leaders of the Neoconservatives. You will read about their
true goals.

2. To the Republicans, their party does have a good name.
There is some truth to their belief, too: roughly half of the
voting public votes Republican, correct?

3. When last I checked this website was still DEMOCRATIC
UNDERGROUND. I don't give a flying fugg about ReTHUGS. You may wish to tell me what's truthful about their beliefs. Half of the population might vote for slavery as well - that wouldn't make it good.

5. If you must know, I tried to edit the "good" out of "good name
If you must know, I tried to edit the "good" out of "good name
of the Republicans," but it was too late. With or without your
approval, Republicans do constitute about half of the electorate.
The Neocons do not! But, they're making good use of the
Republicans' name in order to get their votes -- and they do
get them, by the tens of millions!

Are you going to help the Neocons by refusing to help some
Republicans to wise up, because I made the mistake of putting
the word "good" before the word "name?" Hope you'll change
your mind.

Just think! Which is more important?

7. And many of the "ReTHUGS" leadership are people with
anti-social personality disorders. Aggression with endless greed and
pathological lying are part and parcel of their personality make-up.
They can't help being that way. People like these should not hold
high positions -- neither in government nor in the private sector.
Eventually they will self-destruct. Unfortunately, they also
probably will take many innocent people along with them when they
do so.

8. There aren't any people called neolibs, at least, I haven't heard
of any. But the neocons may well do so, and use it widely before we call them by their real names.

9. Neoliberalism:
Edited on Sun Apr-25-10 09:31 AM by LWolf
<snip>

The main points of neo-liberalism include:

1. THE RULE OF THE MARKET. Liberating "free" enterprise or private enterprise from any bonds imposed by the government (the state) no matter how much social damage this causes. Greater openness to international trade and investment, as in NAFTA. Reduce wages by de-unionizing workers and eliminating workers' rights that had been won over many years of struggle. No more price controls. All in all, total freedom of movement for capital, goods and services. To convince us this is good for us, they say "an unregulated market is the best way to increase economic growth, which will ultimately benefit everyone." It's like Reagan's "supply-side" and "trickle-down" economics -- but somehow the wealth didn't trickle down very much.
2. CUTTING PUBLIC EXPENDITURE FOR SOCIAL SERVICES like education and health care. REDUCING THE SAFETY-NET FOR THE POOR, and even maintenance of roads, bridges, water supply -- again in the name of reducing government's role. Of course, they don't oppose government subsidies and tax benefits for business.
3. DEREGULATION. Reduce government regulation of everything that could diminsh profits, including protecting the environmentand safety on the job.
4. PRIVATIZATION. Sell state-owned enterprises, goods and services to private investors. This includes banks, key industries, railroads, toll highways, electricity, schools, hospitals and even fresh water. Although usually done in the name of greater efficiency, which is often needed, privatization has mainly had the effect of concentrating wealth even more in a few hands and making the public pay even more for its needs.
5. ELIMINATING THE CONCEPT OF "THE PUBLIC GOOD" or "COMMUNITY" and replacing it with "individual responsibility." Pressuring the poorest people in a society to find solutions to their lack of health care, education and social security all by themselves -- then blaming them, if they fail, as "lazy."
