4. boycotts and sanctions come from the outside
unless your job is involved in enforcing this new law, there would no constructive reason to quit.

3. Who was planning to go there anyway?
Is it supposed to be much of a tourist destination?

All I know of is the grand canyon. And it sounds like the drug wars are crossing over. Sounds dangerous.

6. People have family and friends there, as I do, who they normally
visit. Conventions are held there often also, one of which has already been canceled. Arizona is a beautiful state to visit and many people do so every year.
