"Take Care of Iran Now" In my local paper

This was in "Letters To The Editor"

Are we ready for World War III?
If we don`t act yesterday onthis problem with Iran it may come to that.
Currently, Iran is having a celebrations in their country because they know that soon the A-bomb will be theirs and their target is us, meaning the US and Israel.
Israel has been told in no uncertian terms that they will be exterminated.
Iran`s "dessert" for this celebration is to put the USA on it`s knees, as well as Israel.
What we need to do is (even without our goverment`s approval)to loan Israel the "Bunker Busters"
to do the job for them and the US. In my opinion, if Israel will take this war to Iran with these bunker busters, they won`t even need the US approval to do the job.I am sure the US will give Israel all the bunker busters to do the job completely.And please,no A-bombs to be used.
This is what Dr.Bill Wattenberg on KGO Radio has been preaching for the past months.
Dr. Wattenberg says Iran will put A-bombs on cargo ships to at least 2 different ports on the west coast just for starters.This will bring us to our knees knowing they have the A-bomb because they are not to be trusted.I believe this is not only urgent,but critical we need to do the job of "taking care of Iran"now.

wow are some of us really that insane?and in my hometown to boot!

That is the constant battle cry of a huge section of the pundits in the media. There is something very strange with the way this is happening.

for such an endeavor. (the following is :sarcasm: ) How much more in taxes is >>>> (author of letter to the editor) willing to compel every tax payer to pay to cover the cost of his desired attack on Iran? Is there a price point? If it would cost each of us 1000 dollars that would be okay, but if it would cost us 5000 that would not? Should we be willing to pay "whatever it costs?" Then invite the author to write another letter to sell the tax increase necessary to all other Americans.

There are many other counter arguments - but given that most of the "bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb Iran" (John McCain quote) folks are also teabagger folks wrapping their complaints into calls of socialism per making folks pay taxes for govt programs - this is the line of reasoning which would make some heads explode.
