Just got a letter from the IRS...
...I was thinking, Oh shit. Open it, and they say I made a mistake on my taxes...I will be getting $400 more back! Woo-hoo!

2. The only other time I got one was saying I owed $1,000!!!!

5. Is that from the "Making Work Pay" stimulus deduction?
My neighbor, a CPA, says the IRS will be correcting tax returns for people who forget/neglect the deduction.

17. That's impossible - Have our own S-Corp and income goes up and down.

12. I received the same kind of letter some years ago.
The IRS said that my tax preparer underestimated my refund by around $400! I wonder if both of us had the same error?

13. I think mine had something to do with the stimulus package...
