Tag and Release Program Arizona?

Could it be easier for law enforcement to do their job in Arizona if they tagged illegals and then released them back into the wild Mexico? They could tattoo/burn a number on their right arm so they can track these creatures. Micro-chipping might be an option,but then again a law enforcement officer would have to get out a scanner to check. Or maybe the microchip could be activated by some sort of siren code and then it sends out a data transmission using cellular technology.

Regardless, I think filming the tag and release program and airing it on Animal Planet might make for fascinating TV. Maybe an insurance company can sponsor it?

Furthermore, the next step would obviously be shooting these animals from helicopters with high power rifles to control their population. Can you imagine all the tourism dollars Arizona can rack up selling this? Maybe a businessman could set up a private animal reserve for the hunting once the population starts to dwindle because of over hunting.
