Anyone considering the possibility that this car bomb thing in NY was directed at banks, specificall
y, BoA? The one thing that has stuck out to me this morning on the news that this vehicle was parked outside the BoA, and lots of people have grievances with banks right now.

home to a lot of financial institutions.

BofA, Alliance Capital, Morgan Stanley....

It's possible, though I suspect Times Square is a heavy populated area, so it's probably not the banks. But it's possible.

5. Wall Street itself has some serious anti-vehicular barriers...
...and the whole financial district has a lot of surveillence systems and people watching out specifically for suspicious cars and trucks.

By its very nature Times Square is more open and an easier target.
