10. I know, I know. It was meant as a joke. I am still 100% behind Barack Obama.

5. This is the WH CORRESPONDENT dinner... they choose
the entertainment--not the WH. Do you really think the Bush* WH would have chosen Colbert?

7. Really? Not indefinite detention, not support for illegal wiretaps... but Leno?
Priorities, my friend.

4. A joke LETTERMAN didn't read off the cue cards last week:
One joke he DIDN'T use was on LENO's 60th birthday this week, "Time flies -- seems like just yesterday he was pushing Johnny out."

OBAMA had a few funny lines. About LENO, "I'm glad I'm going first. You know what happens when you do a show AFTER LENO." Plus, the Birthers must have been seething to hear, "My ratings are down everywhere except THE COUNTRY I WAS BORN IN."

11. Watching him at the dinner on YouTube
...he has impeccable timing. Better than a lot of comedians I've seen.

President Obama was better but he needs to work on the punchlines a bit more.

Jay, you were good back in the day but now it's time to do the right thing--RETIRE!!!!!!!!!!
