Three soldiers accused in attack on homeless man

CINCINNATI�A grand jury has indicted three soldiers and another man on felonious assault charges in the beating of a homeless man who was sleeping under a Cincinnati bridge.

Indicted yesterday in Hamilton County were Michael Hesson, 24, of Cincinnati; Pvt. Riley Feller, 24; Spc. Travis Condor, 25; and Matthew MacMurtrie, 21.

Prosecutors said Feller is stationed at Fort Knox, Ky., and Condor and MacMurtrie are stationed at Fort Bragg, N.C.

Prosecutors said John Johnson, 52, was hit with a baseball bat and pipe and suffered a facial fracture in the attack on April 10. They said the assailants just wanted to "kick somebody's butt."

2. If these guys actually served in combat, I can see PTSD as

3. If they beat an helpless civilian in their own country. Imagine what they do in Afghanistan and Iraq
