I never mentioned this the other night when I posted this story, but my daughter, who happens to be bi, was writing a research paper earlier this week in her Women and Politics class on the Religious Right and their anti-gay agenda. She had done some research in the preceding weeks on NARTH - not Rekers, specifically, but NARTH and reparative 'therapy,' etc. We were both ranting about this stuff, and the religious fanatics and all the damage they've done, Prop 8, etc. She was filling me in on all her research, and we were comparing notes. Anyway, I had just finished reading over her draft paper when I happened across this story over at Joe.My.God.! She was sitting right next to me and I said, "You are NOT going to believe this..." We were so pissed... I could go on and on, but, really, all the emotions I have surrounding this kinda hypocritical crap, and the right wing religious fanatics, well, they run deep.
