Hey Al ..... Thanks, man. Really. Thanks. I appreciate it all.
I'm surfing the internet and reading DU because Congressman, and later Senator, and still later Vice President, and then the winner of the contest for President, was a visionary.

He didn't invent the internet. He helped enable it. That's what leaders and visionaries do.

I love ya, man.

Which is the military application, the foundation of what we know as the internet today. I dont believe he ever claimed to have invented the internet, he stated he supported the creation of the ARPAnet.

Right wing tools use his claim to have invented the internet to make him look foolish. Right wing tools are stupid and worship village idiots, and live in a constant state of fear.

where was al gore THEN? absent, so he could talk out both sides of his mouth later: "oh, i didn't vote for it!" "oh, i didn't vote against it!"

he knew what the score was 27 years ago.
