Democratic Candidate Brought Strippers Aboard Yacht

Adam Smith at the St. Petersburg Times unearths some titillating details on billionaire candidate Jeff Greene from Gregory Zuckerman's The Greatest Trade Ever.

According to the Wall Street Journal reporter's 2009 book, Greene, who is competing against Kendrick Meek in Florida's Democratic primary race for Senate, brought two Ukranian strippers aboard a 145-foot yacht for a fun-filled day of water sports in the sun.

"Greene brought two Ukranian strippers on board to make a cameo appearance and hired stewardesses from coastal towns to serve as his crew. Some doubled as massage therapists, which came in handy after a day of scuba diving, Jet Skiing or kayaking."


Green spokesman Paul Blank denied the book's account to the Times and shared the Democratic candidate's side of the story: "Jeff was travelling on his boat with his Rabbi and his younger brother to visit Jewish sites in Romania and Odessa. "

Read up on this guy, he's not someone we want anywhere near elected office. He's a good ol' party boy and there's plenty who would join him from either side of the aisle.
