Has anyone read Jonathan Alter's book on Obama's first year as President - The Promise?
He's on with Andrea now, and the other times I've seen him discussing it, it seems as though it might be a good read. :shrug:

5. I'm reading it on my Nook - it was released Tuesday
So far it is a very good read. I'm just up to about the 3rd month of the Obama presidency. Lot of good info on Obama and both the good things and the mistakes he made. Good inside the WH and congress view.

11. How do you like your Nook? We recently got a Sony Daily Edition...
...and absolutely love it. We're thinking about getting a Nook or Kindle, so that we aren't fighting over the Sony, and to have different options.

12. I like it a lot - love the fact I can read a book for free for an hour
in B&N stores. And they have free book Friday's where you can download a book (their selection) for free, so far the free ones have been good.
