Don't change your behavior by waiting for something unless you have seen some follow through in the past. Then out of respect you can wait sort of a trust thing.



For instance, I have not seen any follow through in my personal life from people, so I don't 'wait' for anything or think on patience. Many times people will say be patient just to slow someone down. And on political things I been patient and things were not done in a way that makes sense, so that patience does not need to be given.

And the other thing about patience is it assumes some hierarchical thing. You can be patience with situations that take time to occur, but not to just give people time to stall or deceive.

So forget that patience with people thing, why be patient when not earned.

And I don't think on things like luck, that puts presumption on effect ouside of intent.
