"Rush: Make The Sierra Club Pay For The BP Oil Spill Clean Up"
Here is just another example of the Republicans and the right wing blaming the BP oil disaster on Democrats, Obama and environmentalists. If it is not Rush suggesting that the oil spill is the work of eco-terrorists, or former FEMA director Brown saying that the Obama administration caused the oil spill to pass environmental laws, or Rand Paul saying that criticism of BP is un-American, it is this:

Loudmouth, crank and comedian Rush Limbaugh has spewed some serious whoppers over some serious environmental problems such as climate change and offshore drilling. A few months ago, he told New York Times blogger Andrew Revkin to "go kill himself" after Revkin blogged abut a new report that shows that access to reproductive health care could be an important tool to help stop climate change. Now Rush is asking, "When do we ask the Sierra Club to pick up the tab for this leak?"

Limbaugh seems to think that the Sierra Club, the nation's most venerable group that works for the protection of the natural world, is somehow responsible for the spill because of its campaigning against offshore drilling, which, according to Rush, has made the oil companies drill "way, way, way offshore."

Never mind that the Club is actually campaigning against any new drilling, let alone that which is far offshore and more dangerous for oil workers and the ocean.

Last month, Rush told his millions of listeners that the spill is really nothing to worry about at all: "The ocean will take care of this on its own if it was left alone and left out there," Limbaugh said. "It's natural. It's as natural as the ocean water is."

1. An oink oink here, an oink oink there...
he's a pig! Why should the Sierra Club pick up the tab for BP's responsibility and our governments negligence? Rush should pay for the tab and be responsible for supporting all those households that now lost their incomes.

5. Is Rand Paul Far Removed From Rush? He Called Obama's Criticism of BP Un-American
Sadly, Rand Paul will be a U.S. Senator in all likelihood given the demographics of Kentucky.

3. What utter bullshit.
Can this guy possibly believe all of the crap he spews? Sometimes I think he believes it. Sometimes I think he just says whatever he's paid to say.

Either way, he's a total ass.

10. Give the guy a break
Cochlear implants are way expensive and since I don't believe he's left oxycontin behind, he's going to need reimplantation sooner rather than later. That costs bucks!
